The battery room is larger than you'd expected, and the cages are bigger too. Each one of them has a human in - at least some of them look human; others you are not so sure about, but you give them the benefit of the doubt. The aisle to the right has a big sign saying Have a Nice Day, and there are some strange communicative noises passing between the people that you can't quite understand.
You look for somewhere to sit to watch the two aisles in front of you: there seems to be a bit of a war going on between them. You find a stool fairly quickly, since the place is full of shit. One aisle seems to be full of English students, and the other full of History students. According to a sign on the wall, they have all been taken from the concourse outside P/X001 where they had been getting right in the way. They seem to be battling against each other in a competition you can only assume is to determine whether English or History is the most irrelevant and cushy subject.
The aisle to your left has a bit of a mix, a trombone-playing badminton player who says "Alright mate, how's it going - do you want a minstrel? Sorted." and another badminton player in tight trousers who gives you a sarcastic grin and accuses you of hiding his racquet. You look away quickly only to be confronted with an equally bad sight the other side: some selfish, uncaring sports teachers and a horrible selection of housemates' girlfriends.
Turning away again, you head for the door, pass a few footballers, and go back to the entrance hall
